Paving

Our full service paving service includes preparation and removal of the old surface.

We then prepare a new sub-base to ensure a high quality foundation.

Asphalt is then installed using our paving machinery and only premium materials to ensure your new surface lasts a long time.

Millings

A form of recycled asphalt pavement, millings are crushed back down to gravel. No additional additives are added to the millings and costs are substantially less than a asphalt drive.

Millings require no refinishing, resurfacing, or replacing. The drive will harden over time and is less susceptible to the weather.

Ashpalt

The asphalt we purchase for all jobs use only high quality stone, sand, additives, and liquid petroleum.

When installed and maintained properly asphalt can last 20 to 25 years or more.

Sealing and Striping

A properly striped parking lot helps direct people safely around the parking lot and helps alleviate parking issues.

Sealing your lot serves two purposes. Sealing helps your paved drive last years longer. It also helps add a premium look to your lot attracting more customers.

Tar and Chip

Only premium top stone is used for our tar and chip drives.

Hot tar is applied over a gravel base. While the tar is still hot, the premium top stone is added for a long lasting

Tar and chip driveways can use different colored top stone to give your drive a unique look.

Pothole Repair

We all know how infuriating potholes are. They cause damage to our vehicles and create walking hazards.

We will properly clean, patch, and seal the pothole. A properly patched pothole will last for years or until your next major resurfacing project.
